Contact Liquid Malisha

In brief

In what seemed like a slow start Ben took his small range of clothing packs from store to store on his own two feet trying to spread the word. A few years passed by and slowly there was a small recognition of the wakeboarding brand ‘Liquid Malisha' this was all that was Ben needed. Slowly the business grew and the help of his younger brother Daniel was needed to help fill in the blanks especially when the pair started production of Liquid Malisha’s  first DVD ‘Insurrection'. This launched a new style of wakeboarding into the market place and ensured a spot in the market for Liquid Malisha as a respective brand that was not going anywhere. Now a few short years down the track and a few more wakeboard DVD’s under the belt Liquid Malisha is proving a force not to be reckoned with.

Present

LM has been surging forward to re invent the sport from every angle possible that can be thought of. With a travelling wakeboard rail show that has literally been taking wakeboarding to the streets around Australia countless times Ben and Dan are fast growing brand recognition throughout the ranks of riders. They are also responsible for finding such talent as Dean Smith, Mitch Langfield and Troy Mackey who are now A list players in the wakeboarding game thanks entirely to the support of LM.

In spite of all this you would think that the LM lads would have their hands tied behind their back with so much going on around them but alas they still find time to get back to their roots of where they started and ride on the Hawkesbury whenever they can. Daniel and Ben even though at a slightly older age bracket these days can still show the kids a thing or two and Daniel proved this with a cover shot on WAKE magazine in 2007.

Future

Times are a changing and very quickly too for the sport of wakeboarding and LM is not one to keep up with trends but rather the one to set them and this year has released the first in what will undoubtabley be many of their very own web based TV series about wakeboarding. This show has behind the scenes footage of anything to do with wakeboarding and you will see many famous faces in front of the camera from all over Australia and the world.

With so much already accomplished it’s hard to imagine that they could go any further but if there is one thing you can bank on then it will be that you will not see the last of Liquid Malisha for a very long time, if ever.
